MISSIN is a name that may well be missing from your vocabulary at the moment, but this is a fact that's indelibly and undeniably set to change over the course of the next 12 months, as one of the most promising producers of a new generation sets out to make his mark on the electronic music scene. Having set a foundation with exploratory releases on the rapidly growing VALE and Terra Firma, his upcoming output is set to level up in a significant way with releases on ground-breaking labels including METHLAB and the fresh DIVIDID imprint, run by fast-moving pioneers ABIS & SIGNAL. With interest peaking from other weighty labels as his name is increasingly whispered in the strobe-lit corners of raves across Europe, and as his intense and considered upcoming audio slugs are passed between performers, 2019 is set to be a break out year for this prolific and gifted young producer.

Exept (ITA)
EXEPT are one of the most exciting fresh names in the realm of deep but hard-hitting drum and bass. Erupting seemingly out of nowhere with releases on Noisia's INVISIBLE imprint and with a starkly astounding EP as part of METHLAB's BNKR series, Exept quickly established themselves as a poignant new entity with a refined and considered ethic. With a background in scratch turntablism and hip hop production, the Italian duo combined forces in 2018, resulting in an impressive fusion of their extensive production skills and sharp sonic aesthetics.

With their NEMESI EP imminently set to drop on MethLab, featuring collaborations with MISSIN, SINIC, VISAGES and SULEX, their notoriety is set to be more firmly established.
Live shows are with either one or both members of Exept. With both members, you can expect an intense and very live show with sharply placed scratching performances, a unique rarity in the deep drum and bass landscape.
